The austrian cook, hotel business-economist and sommelier involves a lot of experience of the high-end gastronomy.  Important stations to name along his carreer path are the 3-star-restaurant le crocodil in Straßburg, the gourmet-restaurant „Lorenz Adlon“ Berlin as well as the 5-star-hotel Balance Resort in Austria.
